Using AI to Repurpose Client Work Into Marketing Content
Proof you don’t need more time to market your business...just better prompts!
This is gonna be a quickie! ✨ It’s Friday night and I have Pinkberry waiting in my freezer.
Tonight I wrapped up my client notes and action plan for a business coaching client and then immediately turned it into marketing content in literally 5 minutes… (okay, 10, because I got distracted by a Jonas Brothers video on Threads 🙃).
Here’s how:
After a BTS Founder Session, I had the usual pile of notes…intake forms, Otter transcripts, my highlights. All important, but very “for them.”
But when I sent it off, I thought: these themes (merging businesses, clarifying roles, deciding when to hire a VA) are exactly the questions other founders are asking too.
So instead of overthinking, I asked AI-miga for help.
My exact prompts:
Prompt 1 (after I finished notes, but remember to exclude client sensitive info!):
“Okay, I just had a BTS founder session! I want to take the summary from that session and use that to write 5 threads on those topics (keep it vague) so that other ppl want to sign up!”Prompt 2 (when the drafts felt a little stiff):
“These are a little long/formal. Can you write better hooks to stop the scroll?”Prompt 3 (getting right to the meat of it):
“Can you make each one of these Threads hit a different pain point that my clients might be feeling?Prompt 4 (to protect future me):
“Okay, remind me on August 21st to revisit this marketing plan so I don’t forget.”Done.
✨ Five ready-to-post Threads, scheduled in-app (yes, you can schedule up to 25 at a time on Threads!)
✨ A reminder set for next week so I can revisit when I actually have time
✨ Future-me already thanking present-me
And the kicker: these weren’t random thought pieces. I simply repurposed client themes. AI-miga did the structuring, pacing, and polished ‘em up!
The takeaway for you:
Stop starting from scratch. Use the work you’re already doing.
Pull a theme from a client call, DM, or FAQ.
Drop it into AI with a simple prompt like:
– “Turn this into 3 marketing posts that attract X type of client.”
– “Write 5 social media posts from this founder’s question.”Edit for your voice, add your flavor (or a Jonas Brothers reference lol), and you’re done.
That’s how one 60-minute client session → became 5 marketing posts in under 15 minutes.
